These banners have a sewn sleeve that fits over our 4 piece pole set.  Once the swooper is mounted on the pole set it reaches a height of over 15'.  We have  3 methods to display the flag – the wheel base, water base and  ground spike. Swooper flag hardware is sold seperately.
